Mukashi（以下「当サービス」）は、お子さま向けの英語読書サービスです。物語、イラスト、進捗記録などをウェブブラウザを通じて提供します。
アカウントは保護者または教育者の方が作成してください。お子さまの利用は、アカウントを管理する保護者の方の責任のもとで行われるものとします。ログイン情報は大切に管理してください。
料金は料金ページと特定商取引法に基づく表記に記載のとおりです。サブスクリプションは各更新日に自動更新されます。料金を変更する場合は、事前にお知らせします。
ダッシュボードからいつでも解約できます。解約後も、お支払い済み期間の終了まではご利用いただけます。読書の記録は保存されるため、再開時にそのまま続きから始められます。
当サービスのすべての物語、イラスト、キャラクター（ホシを含みます）、音声、デザインの著作権はMukashiに帰属します。ご家庭・教室での個人的な利用の範囲を超えて、複製、配布、転売することはできません。
当サービスは安定した提供に努めますが、メンテナンスや障害により一時的に利用できない場合があります。当サービスの利用により生じた損害について、お支払いいただいた直近1か月分の料金を超えて責任を負いません。
本規約を変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。重要な変更は登録メールアドレスにもご連絡します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Mukashi is an English reading service for children: stories, illustrations, and progress tracking, delivered through a web browser.
Accounts are created by a parent or educator. A child uses Mukashi under the responsibility of the parent who manages the account. Keep your login details safe.
Prices are listed on the pricing page and in the commercial disclosure. Subscriptions renew automatically on each renewal date. We will tell you before any price changes.
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Reading records are kept, so your child can pick up where they left off if you return.
All stories, illustrations, characters (including Hoshi), audio, and design are the property of Mukashi. They may not be copied, redistributed, or resold beyond personal use at home or in your classroom.
We work to keep Mukashi available, but maintenance or faults may interrupt the service temporarily. Our liability for any damages is limited to the most recent month's fee you have paid.
If these terms change, we will post the new version here. Important changes will also be sent to your registered email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
