Mukashi（以下「当サービス」）は、お子さまとそのご家族のための英語学習サービスです。私たちは、お預かりする情報を必要最小限にとどめ、大切に扱います。

1. 収集する情報

• 保護者の方のメールアドレスとパスワード（アカウント作成のため）
• お子さまのお名前またはニックネーム（サービス内での表示のため）
• 読書の進捗データ（読んだ本、獲得したスター、学習した単語など）
• お支払い情報はStripe社が安全に処理します。カード番号が当サービスのサーバーに保存されることはありません。

2. 利用目的

収集した情報は、サービスの提供、進捗の記録と保護者の方への報告、お問い合わせへの対応、サービスの改善のためにのみ使用します。

3. 広告・トラッキングについて

当サービスに広告はありません。広告目的のトラッキングも行いません。第三者へのデータ販売は一切行いません。

4. お子さまの情報について

当サービスにはソーシャル機能がなく、お子さまが情報を公開する仕組みはありません。ユーザー投稿コンテンツもありません。お子さまの情報はアカウントを管理する保護者の方だけが確認できます。

5. Cookieと類似技術

当ウェブサイトは、言語設定やオープニング動画の視聴済みフラグなど、機能上必要な情報のみをブラウザに保存します。広告用Cookieは使用しません。

6. 情報の保管

データは信頼できるクラウドサービス上で暗号化して保管します。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。

7. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求

ご自身またはお子さまの情報の開示、訂正、削除をご希望の場合は、hello@mukashi.worldまでご連絡ください。すみやかに対応します。

8. 改定について

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。重要な変更は登録メールアドレスにもご連絡します。

Privacy Policy

Effective: 11 June 2026

Mukashi is an English learning service for children and their families. We collect as little as possible, and we treat what we do collect with care.

1. What we collect

• A parent's email address and password, to create the account
• The child's name or nickname, shown inside the service
• Reading progress: books read, stars earned, words learned
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.

2. How we use it

Only to provide the service, record progress and report it to you, answer your questions, and improve Mukashi.

3. Advertising and tracking

There is no advertising in Mukashi. There is no ad tracking. We never sell data to anyone.

4. Children's information

Mukashi has no social features and no user-generated content. Nothing a child does is visible to anyone except the parent who manages the account.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website stores only functional preferences in your browser, such as your language choice and whether you have seen the opening video. No advertising cookies.

6. Storage

Data is stored encrypted with trusted cloud providers. We do not share it with third parties except where the law requires.

7. Access, correction, and deletion

To see, correct, or delete your information or your child's, write to hello@mukashi.world. We will act promptly.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here. Important changes will also be sent to your registered email.
